Features​

With the Links and Resources tool in the Side Menu, you can create quick links and actions including:

  • Hyperlinks to external web pages
  • Email popups that can include a pre-populated subject and send to fields
  • Print forms
  • Input form popups
  • Shortcuts to go to a specific input form
  • Opening a specific eFolder document
  • Displaying a specific service
  • Running pricing

Setup Tool Access​

  1. In Encompass
  2. Click on the Settings Menu
  3. Expand the Community Menu
  4. Click on PluginManagement

Community Plugin Menu

  1. Select LinksAndResources from the plugin dropdown list

  1. Provide either All Access or more fine grained access by persona or individual user accounts.

Refer to each sub section respectively to learn more about configuring the various link and resource options available.

Usage​

  1. In Encompass, once a specific link or resource has been configured as per further instructions for each link or resource type (hyperlinks, forms, emails, etc)
  2. Open a loan file
  3. On the right side of Encompass, if the user has been given access to the Side Menu in the Community Plugin settings, they can click on the Open Menu button to expand the Side Menu
  4. Once the Side Menu has been expanded, the user, if provided access should see the Links and Resources tool:
